Ahoy! Whale!

On Sunday, we went with a group of students whale watching! It was a bit cool in the morning, so there was only our group and 4 others on the entire boat... which gave us a chance to talk to the Captain and the onboard marine biologist about the whales and their behavior.
The ocean was a little rough with 10 foot swells at times, but overall wasn't too bad (compared to other trips the Captain said he had been on)... Unfortunately 2 students turned a bit green once the boat stopped and had to go to the back of the boat for a while. Overall we had a great trip and had the opportunity to see about 6 whales.
