Busy Day in Sydney

We started our first full day in Sydney with a tour of ABC, The Australian Broadcast Company, where we were able to see first-hand how news is produced here. Some of the highlights were getting to see the stage for a live show (Q&A) that would be happening that night, and seeing the makeup and costume rooms.

Our next stop was a tour of the 2000 Olympic Stadium, where we learned a lot about what happened behind the scenes to prepare for the games, and how they have continued to make profit off of the venue. My favorite part of the tour was getting to run through the tunnel out onto the field!
